4-day themed summer camps
Camp Explores are 4-day camps designed to immerse middle schoolers in community explorations and fun hands-on projects. Each Camp Explore is themed around a community sector (such as art, business, health, or manufacturing) offering a variety of options for middle schoolers to express their creativity, explore their interests, and grow their skills.
Each day is filled with playful creative warm-up games to prepare campers to exercise their communication, curiosity, and critical thinking before they dive into real-world explorations like interviewing local creators, collaborating with professionals, or taking behind-the-scenes discovery field trips. Inspired by their explorations, campers express their discoveries in daily, original, hands-on projects.

Camp Explore :
Stark Makers
Camp Explore: Makers connects the problem-solving abilities of middle schoolers to real-world engineering and manufacturing projects alongside local engineers, skilled tradespeople, and manufacturers.
The camp ends with a Discovery Showcase that invites campers to share their Ah-ha moments from the week’s explorations and all the things they made during the week with professional makers, family members, and friends.
Summit Makers

Home Builders
Camp Explore: Home Builders connects the creativity and problem-solving abilities of middle schoolers to local home building projects alongside skilled tradespeople and professional neighborhood builders. At Camp Explore: Home Builders, middle school campers explore construction skills through behind-the-scenes tours of home builds and interviews with professional builders.
Middle School
We all remember walking into our new middle school for the first time. This is an important, exciting, and stressful time of life. Camp Explore: Middle School aims to help transitioning students feel more prepared, more excited, and less nervous about starting middle school. During each day of camp, transitioning students get to explore the realities of middle school alongside older students, school staff, or alumni from their school.
City Changers
Create good mischief for the good of your city this summer. Middle schoolers are natural risk takers. Camp Explore: City Changers challenges middle schoolers to take the right kind of risks and make positive change in their community. This 4-day summer adventure invites middle schoolers to find the hidden gems on each block, transform boring spaces into beautiful spaces, help neighbors in need, create fun for neighbors of all ages of neighbors, connect with local legends and rising stars, and give back to their neighbors through their creativity.
